Yes, without exception. The Assessment maps your exact technical gaps and compliance exposure. Without it, any Sprint scope would be based on assumptions — not your actual environment. The €2,500 fee is fully credited toward the Sprint, so for clients who proceed, the Assessment costs nothing extra.
The exact per-user rate depends on your headcount, platform (M365 vs Google Workspace), specific tool stack needed, and complexity of your environment. Pricing is confirmed in writing after the Assessment and before any managed engagement begins.
All managed tiers require a 12-month minimum contract. Minimum seat commitments: 30 users for The Security Baseline™, 40 users for The Compliance Engine™, 50 users for The Full Fortress™. Billing is per user per month, invoiced monthly. Downgrades are only permitted at annual renewal with 90 days notice.
Yes. Upgrades between tiers can happen at any time during the contract term — they take effect at the start of the next billing month. Most clients start on The Security Baseline™ and upgrade to The Compliance Engine™ when they begin an ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certification process.
Headcount changes are handled monthly. If you grow beyond your committed seats, additional users are billed at your per-user rate from the next invoice. We build in a 10% growth buffer before overages trigger. Reductions below your minimum seat commitment don't reduce the monthly invoice — minimums apply for the contract duration.
